Q: Why doesn't my browser work properly with your site? 
A: Your browser must be Secure Socket Layer (SSL) compliant to take advantage of our security features. You must also have your browser configured to accept cookies. The ScrubsAustralia website is written to accommodate older web browsers but, we recommend using the most updated web browser available to you to avoid incompatibilities. 

Q: Why is my shopping cart empty when I return to your site? 
A: If you create an Account with scrubsaustralia.com, then your shopping cart and wish list will be saved for you to access every time you log into scrubsaustralia.com.  If you have not signed into your account, your cart may be saved in your browser if you have cookies enabled.

1) Order online from website, just add items to the cart, enter your details and select payment method to enter your card information and make payment for your order..


2) You can also email us your orders at info@scrubsaustralia.com  with the product name, colour and size for the products, along wih your email address, so that we can send you payment request on your email so that you can pay.

Q:I have forgotten my password and cannot login to my account?
A: Kindly click on Forgotten password under login area , by entering your username and email address a new password will be emailed to you.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from scrubsaustralia.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Q: What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
A: Please note we ship to the address provided to us by the customer in the shipping address secton while placing the order online.
Q: Colour is not exactly is as per picture?
A: As different monitors show different colours, so there will be some variation from actual garment colour with the picture shown on the website.
Q: What about fabrics and weights?
     Please note we are selling poplin fabric which is 52% Polyester & 48% Cotton (130 gsm), Microfiber Fabric which is 100% Polyester (100 gsm), Stretch Fabric which is 35% Cotton, 63% Polyester & 2% Spandex, Twill Fabric which has same composition as poplin fabric but is sheavier (approx 160 gsm)

Q:What about Order Shortages?

 A: Chance of getting less is nearly impossible as in packing list we clearly write quantity and weight of each poly bag and total numbers of poly bag in each carton, and accordingly the cargtons are handed over to courier company therefore please make sure to open one carton at one time and from that carton open one poly bag at one time, so that even some piece is missing than we can lodge complain with the courier company.
 Q: Do you carry a specific color/size/style?
 A: All of the items we carry are on our online site. Take a look through the different collections to find what you are looking for, or, you can browse by solid scrubs ,print scrubs. If you have trouble finding a certain item, feel free to contact us through online support and if online support is not available then leave a message for us or you can also contact us through Contact Us form, or give us a call at 1800-870-743 (Australia Toll Free), or send us an email at info@scrubsaustralia.com.
Q: How Much additional time you take for own label and embroidery.
A: Orders with your own label or Embroidery may take additional 2 to 5 days.
Q: How can i search the product i cannot find?
A: Kindly click on advanced search options and select options of All words, exact phrase or any word.

Q:What about the packing of the goods?
 A: We take utmost care for the pieces count. As we divide the packing in polybags, and we mention how pany pcs per polybag, so the chance is very minimal that a single piece get missed from packing.
  Q: How do I know my size?
 A: Check Size Chart option on upper right area in which it is clearly mentioned that which size body belongs to which size, take measurements of your body chest and hip and look into our measurement chart in which size your body measurements fall and that is the size our size chart is suggesting for you. Please note that our size chart is according to body measurements and the ready products are around 4-5 inches bigger than shown body measuremenets on size chart. If you have additional questions, you are welcome to contact us. via email or live chat.

 Q: What forms of payment do you accept? Can I send you a check?

A: We are accepting debit / credit card payments through Authorize.net and Stripe, payments through Bank Transfer and payments by checks and money orders.
We charge $2 extra for signed confirmation on orders.
Q: I changed my mind, can I change or cancel my order?
A: You can change order by sending us email unless its not shipped. Cancellation policy you can read on our website under icon Ship & Returns.
Q: Will you ship to my PO box or Military APO/FPO address?
A: Yes we ship.
Q: Do you ship to locations outside the 48 continental United States?
 A: Yes we are shipping to all over the world.
  Q: How long does it take orders to ship? How long until they are delivered?
  A: Kindly refer to our Ship & Returns policy page.
Q: How can I track my Order?
A: As soon as we receive Tracking Number we email it to the customer. You can use this number on courier website. Since orders take approx 1 to 6 business days to ship, you may not receive a tracking number for a few days after you order, especially if you order directly before, or during a weekend. To check your order status you can fill out the Orders Stataus form on our website or send us an email or give us a call.

Q: Do you have a catalog?

A: Yes online Catalog is available on our website and we can also send you a physical copy.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

A: RMFSCRUBS.COM does not currently charging  sales tax from customers.

Q: I've written to customer support, but I haven't received a response! Why?

A: This could be for a few reasons. Customer Support usually responds within 24 hours but sometimes may take up to 72 hours. Also, make sure you add info@scrubsaustralia.com to your address book and check your junk mail folder! 
Partial Shipments
If you just received your order, and all of your ordered items are not included, please be patient. We often pack and ship orders that contain several items in separate boxes. Occasionally, the packages arrive on different days, even if we shipped them at the same time with the same tracking number.
Q: What if drop ship order shipped with our return address instead customers.
A: We take extra precaution that such fault do not happen but if it is missed than drop ship  charge of $2 will be returned back to customer.
